125 years Imants

Imants BV celebrates his 125 years anniversary. The company has acquired international fame as a producer of advanced machinery for agriculture and landscaping, this extended anniversary celebration. A special book is written on the history of the company together with the background of developments in agriculture in Southern Netherlands. Four consecutive weekends, there is an exhibition of previously Imants products such as shovels, hoes and plows. Lastly, Imants BV, organizes an open day where the public can take a look at the production area en will be informed about the current products.

Today Imants BV on the Turnhoutseweg 29  in Reusel is a reputable company. The 35 employees who engineering and producing modern tillage machines which will be sold  worldwide, such as spading machines for agriculture, and sweeping and aeration equipment for landscaping. Especially the spading machines score high. In many agricultural and horticultural areas, they have definitely pushed the plough away. Not surprising, research has shown many advantages compared to ploughs. It takes less fuel, there may be more surface area per hour worked, and it provides a fertile homogenous structure
